Thank you for joining the Piaffe - Dressage Lifestyle Affiliate Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Program Types

Piaffe - Dressage Lifestyle offers two affiliate program options:

  • Commission-Based Program
  • Discount-Based Program

The program you belong to is determined at the sole discretion of Piaffe - Dressage Lifestyle management.

2. Commission-Based Program

Affiliates in the commission-based program earn the following:

  • <10 referred sales: 5% commission
  • 10 or more referred sales: 10% commission

Payment Details:

  • Commissions are paid out when a minimum threshold of $50 CAD is reached.
  • Payments for Canadian affiliates are made via Etransfer or PayPal (PayPal payments are subject to fees).
  • Payments for non-Canadian affiliates are made via PayPal in CAD (subject to fees).
  • Commission payments are calculated based on the order total before taxes and shipping.
  • Commissions can be converted to a Piaffe - Dressage Lifestyle gift card upon request.

3. Discount-Based Program

Affiliates in the discount-based program receive the following benefits:

  • <20 referred sales: 10% discount on orders
  • 20 or more referred sales: 20% discount on orders

Discount Details:

  • Discounts apply to the order total before taxes and shipping.
  • Discounts are valid only on regular-priced products.

4. General Terms for All Affiliates

 

Independent Affiliate:
You are not an employee, contractor, or representative of Piaffe - Dressage Lifestyle. As an independent affiliate, you are solely responsible for any income taxes or other legal obligations arising from your earnings or benefits.

 

Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates must comply with ethical marketing practices and may not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities to generate sales.

 

Program Changes:
Piaffe - Dressage Lifestyle reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program, including commission and discount rates, at any time without prior notice.

 

Discretionary Decisions:
Management retains full discretion to assign or change an affiliate’s program type.
